Repton Parish Council invites residents to a meeting about the proposed 75 house development on Mount Pleasant on Thursday 4th September, starting at 6:30pm in Repton Village Hall. This meeting is not going to describe the proposed development or the proposal’s supporting documents, although we will begin with a short introduction of the proposal and the planning process. All the information on the proposal can be found here: Planning Application: DMPA/2025/0563. In order to have time for residents to make their points, we want to take any questions in advance. If you have any questions, please email them to clerk@repton-pc.gov.uk as soon as possible.

Repton Parish Council (RPC) will be holding a public meeting as an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share their views on the proposed Development (DMPA/2025/0563) on the fields between the Mount Pleasant Pub and Wystan Court alongside Mount Pleasant Road. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
If you are unable to attend please feel free to share your views via email or letter (to the Parish Clerk clerk@repton-pc.gov.uk). We strongly encourage individuals to submit their own responses as well by filling in the ‘Comments’ section found using the same link as above or more directly here: https://southderbyshire.my.site.com/s/planning-application/a0bTu000006f0gXIAQ/dmpa20250563?tabset-ba98d=3 . The more responses received by the Planning Department, the greater the potential impact on the outcome.
The deadline for submitting objections has now been delayed to 12th September (at our request).
