NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Repton Parish Council (RPC) will be holding a public meeting as an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share their views on the proposed Development (DMPA/2025/0563) on the fields between the Mount Pleasant Pub and Wystan Court alongside Mount Pleasant Road.   The planning proposal and its supporting documents can be found here: https://southderbyshire.my.site.com/s/planning-application/a0bTu000006f0gXIAQ/dmpa20250563?tabset-ba98d=2

During the meeting information will also be shared about the planning process, the role of the parish/district councils in that process and also the grounds on which objections can be raised to such a planning application.

WHEN: Thursday September 4th 6:30pm – 8:00pm

WHERE: Repton Village Hall

ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

If you are unable to attend please feel free to share your views via email or letter (to the Parish Clerk clerk@repton-pc.gov.uk).  After the meeting, the Parish Council will be submitting our strong objections regarding this application, but this only counts as one ‘vote’.   We strongly encourage individuals to submit their own responses as well by filling in the ‘Comments’ section found using the same link as above or more directly here:  https://southderbyshire.my.site.com/s/planning-application/a0bTu000006f0gXIAQ/dmpa20250563?tabset-ba98d=3 .  The more responses received by the Planning Department, the greater the potential impact on the outcome.

The deadline for submitting objections has now been delayed to 12th September (at our request).
