Footpath 29, that runs from Burdett Way past Askew Hill towards Milton is temporarily closed by Derbyshire County Council for footbridge repairs. They are waiting for the ground conditions to be less wet in order to allow them safe access to make the repairs. They believe is unlikely to happen for a few months.
