RESOLVED: To
reiterate the previous comments to the above 3 planning
applications.

erection of a potting shed and alterations to boundary

RESOLVED: The Parish
Council would prefer the potting shed to be built from
timber rather than brick because we do not want to see it
become a permanent structure.
9 2008 0851 FH - Proposed
detached garage with office above at 11 Pinfold Lane,
Repton.
RESOLVED: To OBJECT
to the proposal for the following reasons:
a) Out of keeping with an
area which it is proposed to include into the Repton
conservation area. b) The building would be too near to
neighbours. c) The building proposed is 18 feet high and
would dominate the neighbours in the vicinity. d) There
would be an increased flood risk, the proposed building
being 40 yards from Repton Brook. e) The Parish Council is
concerned about a future change to commercial use. |
